what is the time frame to inquire about our services?

We strongly recommend contacting us at least 6 to 8 weeks before the event date.

are custom installations & backdrops made to keep?

All of our installations and backdrops are made for rent only.

how does the booking process work?

We require full payment to save your date.

do you offer refunds in case of a cancellation?

We do not offer any refunds. You can transfer the credit to a different date with in 6 months from your original date.

how long does it take to set up?

All set-ups are different depending on the size and how many backdrops are there to set up. It can be as short as one hour or as long as 6 hours. We will be able to give more specific time to the client as soon as everything is confirmed.
